What to do with your printed t-shirt sample
We can send you a sample of your t-shirt before you commit to your order so you can be absolutely sure what you’re buying. Holding the product in your hands tells you exactly how the fabric feels, how well it fits and how good the print is. Ordering a sample online is very straightforward. All you need to do is visit our samples page , put down a small deposit of £10 and we can send it via next working day delivery.
Your t-shirt sample will be a top-selling white organic men’s tee with a simple printed design on both sides. It has a digital print on the front and a screen print on the back which lets you inspect and compare the quality and get a flavour for both methods.
“You can order a sample in whatever size you prefer: Small through to XL.”
When you receive your custom t-shirt sample in the post the first thing you’ll want to check out is the fit. Our products have an on-trend fit – pop it on yourself to try it out. You’ll also want to check out the fabric quality. We only use certified organic cotton in our t-shirts so you will really notice how soft they feel on the skin. Most importantly, you’ll also want to inspect the print quality on both sides of the tee. Our digital printing technology is some of the most advanced in the UK, our screen printing machinery is prepared in vector format (image files that don’t pixelate) and the machinery is operated by print professionals. We’re confident you’ll be blown away by the precision, colour and resolution of your sample.
Send it back via freepost to claim your refund
Once you have inspected the quality, size and overall look of your t-shirt sample you’ll want to claim your refund. Pop it back in the post with the freepost return label it came with and we can reimburse you as soon as it arrives with us.
Digital print t-shirt samples
If you know you’re going to be ordering a small run using digital printing then there’s an easier way to getting a sample: you can design and order a single tee using our T-shirt Studio. Because our software automatically controls our digital printers, including the artwork configuration and print settings, there’s no minimal order quantity or set up fee. The benefit of this is that you will receive your exact design in a style of your choosing, not one of our samples, so you can see exactly how it is going to look.
Screen print t-shirt samples
If you’re going to be ordering a large run of over 50+ items then it’s a bit different. When you place a big screen print order a lot of time goes into preparation: we stop the factory to do things like mix inks, configure the machines and set up the vector design onto separate screens. For this reason it’s not cost-effective to offer a one-off sample like digital printing – it would cost hundreds of pounds. You can still get a good idea of how your print will turn out though. We offer a high-definition digital mock-ups as standard for all screen print orders – it is an on-screen sample that you can inspect before your tees go to print.
What to do next when you’re happy with your sample
Once you’re happy with the fit, size and print quality of your design you’re ready to place your order. You can do this by visiting our quotes page to input your exact quantities to receive your quote. Or you can get designing using our T-shirt Studio for your digital prints.
